The IW Fat Friday Cajun Dinner & Mardi Gras Party Website is the Official website of IWKnights Fat Friday Cajun Dinner & Mardi Gras Party, which is held on the Friday before Ash Wednesday every year with attendees experiencing a spectacular and authentic Cajun dinner prepared by Incarnate Word bayou natives.

Then, listen and dance to music from songs that are fun for all ages.....and that brings the fun and funk!

The IW Fat Friday Cajun Dinner & Mardi Gras Party began for the first time on February 5, 2015. It was held in the Kent Center immediately following the Annual IWKnights Lenten Fish Fry, which is held in the Lower Level of Incarnate Word Parish in Chesterfield, MO.
