This is the official website for the Annual IW Fat Friday Cajun Dinner & Mardi Gras Party.
The IW Fat Friday Cajun Dinner & Mardi Gras Party began for the first time on February 5, 2015. It was held in the Kent Center immediately following the Annual IWKnights Lenten Fish Fry, which is held in the Lower Level of Incarnate Word Parish. The Event Features spectacular and authentic Cajun dinner featuring gumbo, jambalaya, boiled shrimp and other Cajun delights prepared by Incarnate Word bayou natives (Incarnate Word Knights of Columbus Council 9981 members), along with great music, and fun prizes will be awarded for Best Table Decorations, Best Cosutmes, Mardi Gras Masks, etc. benefiting charities.....including the Knights of Columbus Developmental Center at SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children’s Medical Center. Fat Friday is our precursor to Fat Tuesday (Mardi Gras) and kicks off the Incarnate Word Knight's of Columbus' Lenten Fish Fry season.
Tickets can be purchased for $30 and include dinner + 2 drinks (beer & wine)
Tables of 8 can be purchased for $200 and you can bring your decorations to customize for your group!
Dress is casual, and Mardi Gras attire is encouraged!
