This is an illustration of my dad, Mr. Arthur Hewing, that I did for his 80th Birthday as a present for him, which he celebrated on January 1, 2025.
This illustration was to be presented at a surprise birthday open house for him on January 5, 2025 at St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Parish's Assumption Hall in Neoga, IL..
Unfortunately.....Due to a major winter storm hitting the Midwest, the party was cancelled and was rescheduled to this afternoon (though no longer a surprise party). The framed illustration (pictured on the right) was presented to him at the Open House this afternoon.
