    • RETENTION OF JUDGES - MISSOURI
      • Shall Judge Paul C. Wilson of the Missouri Supreme Court be retained in office?
        • NO
          • He wrote the opinion that allowed the original amendment 3 to be put on the ballot in 2024, even though it violated the single subject provisions or the MO State constitution. Same reasoning was used for BOTH ballot measures involving Both medical and recreational marijuana. He was also among the justices who tried to hold SOS Hoskins in contempt for following a Federal court order.  He is the epitome of why we need to get rid of The Missouri Plan for appointing judges In state of Missouri and allow the Governor to appoint whomever THEY want to appoint….NOT The Missouri Bar Association!
        • Shall Judge Virginia W. Lay of the Court of Appeals - Eastern District be retained in office?
          • NO
            • She voted to uphold 2024 Amendment 3 & The marijuana questions about constitutional amendments.
          • Shall Judge Rebeca Navarro-McKelvey of the Court of Appeals - Eastern District be retained in office?
            • YES
              • As far as I Can determine, Judge Rebeca Navarro-McKelvey has consistently ruled from a Strict Constructionist standpoint in her short time on the bench.
            • Shall Judge Angela Turner Quigless of the Court of Appeals - Eastern District be retained in office?
              • NO
                • She ruled that Planned Parenthood should get Medicaid Funds in the case Medicaid payments to Planned Parenthood (Planned Parenthood of St. Louis Region v. Department of Social Services, December 14, 2021).

      STATEWIDE CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS

      • Constitutional Amendment No. 3
        1. Shall the Missouri Constitution be amended to: • Repeal the 2024 voter-approved Amendment providing reproductive healthcare rights, including abortion through fetal viability; • Allow abortions for rape and incest (under twelve-weeks’ gestation), emergencies, and fetal anomalies; • Allow legislation regulating abortion; • Ensure parental consent for minors’ abortions; • Prohibit gender transition procedures for minors? State governmental entities estimate no costs or savings. Greene County estimates it may experience an unknown increase in tax revenue. Other local governmental entities estimate no costs or savings.
          • YES
            1. This would restore protections taken out when amendment 3 was originally approved in 2024. The opponents of Amendment 3 (2026 Version) claim that Gender Mutilation Procedures are already banned in Missouri. The law they are referring to has a sunset provision where the ban goes away on August 28, 2027 (See page 3 line 61 and 62 of the original bill here) and the 2026 Amendment 3 would make that ban permanent.
          • Constitutional Amendment No. 6
            1. Shall the Missouri Constitution be amended to: • expand the initiative and referendum petition process by making it a fundamental right; • allow courts to revise ballot summaries through lawsuits; • prohibit the legislature from weakening initiative or referendum powers; • prohibit the legislature from changing or repealing laws enacted through the initiative process, or passing laws similar to those rejected by referendum, without approval from at least 80% of both chambers; and • preserve existing majority vote and signature requirements for initiative and referendum petitions? State and local governmental entities estimate no costs or savings.
              • NO
                • This is a massive red herring to say the least! The backers of Amendment 6. Are saying that it protects the will of the voter and it is initial petition reform (IP Reform),,,.to which neither is true. I We are told that the Amendment itself is an initiative petition Submitted and written by Respect Missouri Voters PAC.  But what they failed to mention, is that they partnered with a national organization based in Massachusetts called Election Reformers Network who’s stated goal is to have direct democracy in ALL 50 STATES and To circumvent our elected Representatives in Missouri By requiring 80% of both houses of the General Assembly in order to approve overriding or fixing any voter passed initiatives which basically makes the General Assembly meaningless. Check out this video from Heather Overstreet on what Amendment 6 is really all about and who is behind it

      • Constitutional Amendment No. 7
        1. Shall the Missouri Constitution be amended to establish a permanent public endowment fund to support state government instead of taxing Missouri residents, prohibit the General Assembly from appropriating or diverting the fund, and eliminate state-imposed taxes once the fund generates sufficient revenue to replace them? State and local governmental entities estimate no costs or savings.
          • YES
            • According to Liberty Alliance, Missouri Amendment 7 would create a permanent state investment fund designed to grow over many years with the long-term goal of replacing state taxes with investment earnings and the rules for investing and protecting it. Future lawmakers would decide how much state money to contribute. Tax rates would remain unchanged until the fund generates enough net investment earnings, the state treasurer determines that it has met the threshold, and lawmakers approve and implement the reductions. Sounds like to me that no taxes would be increased and possibly within the next few years income and possibly even property taxed be eliminated, which would be an absolute win-win for Missouri taxpayers.
          • Constitutional Amendment No. 8
            1. Shall the Missouri Constitution be amended to support law enforcement by preserving the right of citizens to elect a county sheriff, prohibiting the removal of a county sheriff except by a writ of quo warranto, and recognizing the office of sheriff as part of the administration of justice? State and local governmental entities estimate no costs or savings.
              • YES
                • All this does is make the Position of Sherriff in ALL Missouri Counties an elected Position and the only way the sheriff can be removed …..other than by voters at the polls on Election Day is by what is called a quo warranto This is the same process that was used to remove St. Louis City Sheriff Alfred Montgomery in December 2025 and nearly removed former St. Louis Prosecuting Attorney Kim Gardner before she resigned in May 2023.

OTHER STATEWIDE BALLOT MEASURES OF NOTE

      • Proposition A
        1. Do the people of the state of Missouri approve the act of the General Assembly entitled “House Bill No. 1 (2025 Second Extraordinary Session),” which repeals Missouri’s existing congressional plan, and replaces it with new congressional boundaries that keep more counties intact? State and local governmental entities estimate no costs or savings.
      • YES
        • Makes you wonder what's really going on here. Why would the organization, People Not Politicians, fight tooth and nail to get Proposition A on the November 3rd ballot only to run ads to try to defeat the ballot measure at the ballot box? Simply Put, a yes vote would put into effect for the 2028 and 2030 elections the congressional districts map passed by the MO General Assembly in 2025 Commonly referred to as the Missouri First Map, which would create 7 republican and 1 democratic Districts. This is under the constitutional authority given to the General Assembly and is normally done every 10 years.
